The town hall building is one of the most elegant architectural objects in Tarnowskie Góry. It was built at the market square on the site of a former courthouse between 1896 and 1898. The designer of the town hall was Hermann Guth, a known Berlin architect, who in this building combined the neo-Renaissance and neo-Gothic features. The building has three storeys, and it was decorated with clinker brick, granite and sandstone. Inside the town hall, there is an impressive meeting hall.
