In its present form the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Łubie, a small town located a few miles west of Tarnowskie Góry, was built in the first half of the eighteenth century. It is a brick Baroque building with a tower topped with a fine, bulbous dome. The interior has also retained the Baroque style. In the churchyard, there are interesting tombstones of the representatives of the known family of industrialists, the Baildons.
