The Italian word Collin means hill, and the restaurant is located under the hill in Zbrosławice. It is here that a unique place has been built over the last 9 years. The owners are restaurateurs from Silesia: Zbigniew and Beata Tucholscy, which is why tradition had to appear here, although the restaurant follows global trends.
The chefs are inspired by Italian cuisine and the tradition of Italy - every week from Thursday until stocks last, the restaurant invites for fresh seafood, but also does not forget about our regional Silesian flavors. The menu includes traditional Silesian dishes: beef roulade with dumplings and red cabbage, and rabbit with toppings. Traditional Polish broth is always cooked early on Sunday, and sweet pancakes with pear and raspberry sauce are prepared throughout the week.
Every dozen or so days, current seasonal dishes appear with fresh additions, which are grown in their own garden.
