The Our Lady of Truskolasy Church in Truskolasy in the commune of Wręczyca Wielka, is one of the historic religious monuments in the district of
Kłobuck. It is a parish church built of wood in the first half of the eighteenth century, and it is the shrine of Our Lady of Truskolasy, whose image, considered to be miraculous, is found in the main altar. The church is one of the monuments of the Wooden Architecture Trail of the Silesia province.
