The Będzin Zagłębie Museum operates two historical buildings - the 14th century Gothic castle on Castle Hill and the 18th century Mieroszewski Palace in Gzichów. The palace was adapted to the purposes as a museum in 1983. The well-preserved and carefully restored building houses the following exhibitions: “Stylish Interiors of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries”, a collection of weapons, paintings and prints by Samuel Cygler. There are also ethnographic and archaeological exhibitions.
