The Dąbrowa Górnicza Ząbkowice railroad station is one of the historic buildings situated along the WarsawVienna Railway. The first train pulled into the station in Ząbkowice in 1847, a year before the completion of the entire route. It is interesting that the local ticket office, which was finally closed in 2011, had been the longest operating ticket office of all at the train stations in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
