Kocierz (also known as Wielka Góra), is a mountain rising to 879 m above sea level. It is one of the highest peaks of the Little Beskids. The mountain is located in the eastern part of this range, which is referred to as the Zasolskie Mountains, or called the AndrychówBeskid or Wadowice Beskid. The Kocierz massif with its peak is part of the nature reserve "Szeroka". This is one of the Beskid reserves which include the primeval Carpathian Forest.
