One of the historic monuments of the village
of Rudy is a building of the former infirmary
founded by Dr. Juliusz Roger in 1858. While in
service, the infirmary bore the name of Saint
Charles. Dr Roger was the doctor of Duke,
Victor I, and became known as a social activist
and a passionate of folk culture. The small
hospital building was built in the style of
Historicism, with some neo-Gothic elements.
It now houses the Education Center of
Landscape Parks.
