Koszęcin is one of the villages situated in the picturesque region of Silesia, although this area is less frequently visited by tourists. The local forest inspectorate prides itself on several protected areas, which comprise nature reserves and a nature park. The forest inspectorate is particularly proud of its office, which is housed in a Classicist mansion of the early nineteenth century, built as the seat of the administrator of the estate of Count Hohenlohe.
