"Cieszyn Venice", which is situated along Przykopa Street, on the Młynówka River, is one of the most charming parts of the city. In old times, a canal was built outside the city walls, whose swiftly flowing waters were used to drive mills. Over time, they erected small buildings along the stream, to which one can get over the picturesque small bridges. In the early twenty-first century, a number of initiatives were launched to revitalize the somewhat forgotten places.
