Regional and local flavors, dishes of Jewish and Silesian cuisine, but with a modern twist, can be found in the menu in the new restaurant next to the swimming pool in Żarki. There are 60 seats available, in the spring and summer period a terrace with a chillout zone and a parking lot. For the youngest there is a play corner and a special menu. You can organize parties and come with a group as part of a trip, as well as order catering - not only for holidays.
The menu features delicious: herring on "tartarczuch" - local sweet regional bread; tartare in a slightly different version, or goose pips (gęsie pipki). There is carp and salmon, as well as trout. Among the soups: beef tripe, broth, tomato cream. There are also salads, but of course with a twist: with fired goat's cheese, of course local. The main courses include: duck, pork knuckle, beef tenderloin, pork loin. There are also dumplings with duck and buckwheat, as well as ravioli dumplings with spinach. Sweet lovers will not be disappointed either: coffee semifreddo and caramel ice cream, but with the surprising addition of a honeycomb and a Jewish pretzel. There is a separate menu for children: broth, tomato, but also turkey meatballs, steamed salmon, Silesian dumplings and pancakes. The offer includes local beers from Browar Jan.
The restaurant is a member of the Silesian Tastes Culinary Trail.
