The Siedlce Desert is one of the sandy areas of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. The name was given to one of the former sand borrow pits situated in the vicinity of the village of Siedlce. Although the local "desert" is much smaller than the most famous Błędowska Desert, it is also a tourist attraction. Its dunes reach a height of 30 m, and in the heat of the day, in the hot air you can see the phenomenon of mirage.
