The hotel is located on the Bukowa slope (713 m above sea level) in the northern part of the city on the right bank of the Vistula. A lot of attractions await hotel guests:

The hotel has a conference center with all technical facilities and a congress and ball room for 1,800 people, which is the largest facility of its kind in the south of Poland.
A total of 553 rooms are available:
- single-person,
- double,
- double with extra bed,
- STUDIO rooms (two separate rooms connected by an internal door).
Each room is equipped with:
- two separate beds that can be joined into a double bed (for 2-person rooms and 2-person rooms with an extra bed),
- a sofa bed (2-person rooms with an extra bed),
- built-in wardrobe,
- telephone, Wi-Fi, TV,
- a bathroom with a shower cabin and a hairdryer
- all rooms have balconies.
