Beef roulade, Silesian dumplings and red cabbage

 Traditional Silesian dinner served on Sundays: Beef roulade, Silesian dumplings and red cabbage. The roulade is filled with bacon, sour cucumbers, onion and mustard. It is very popular dish in the central part of the region. 

It is served in the Dwór Bismarcka Restaurant, which is listed on the Silesian Tastes Culinary Trail.
