Prepare the stuffing:
soak the mushrooms for 12 hours in sweet milk. Next, boil them in water with salt, cool them and chop finely. Fry up the mushrooms with chopped onion and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the dough:
make a flour cone with a dent in the center. Pour oil and water inside and knead the dough slowly. When the mass is solid, knead the dough until it is smooth and stretchy. Roll the dough thinly, cut small circles using a glass, and then add the mushroom stuffing. Fold the small circles with the stuffing in half and press the edges together. Put the dumplings into the water with salt and boil. After they swim to the surface, continue to boil for 4 min. After soaking, the dumplings are ready to be served.
