Cream of Broccoli


  • bone and vegetable stock
  • 1 kg fresh broccoli
  • 200 ml cream 18%
  • spices
  • small plain profiteroles



Prepare bone and vegetable stock with spices, and boil and mix broccoli. Mix the mash with the stock, thicken with cream and season to taste. Serve in bouillon dishes, decorated with parsley.



This meal was prepared by the Village Women's Club from Wisła Wielka during the 4th “Silesian Tastes Festival 2009” in Pszczyna. The Team won 2nd place in amateur category.
