Whipped cream strawberries


  • 0,5 l whipping cream
  • 0,5 kg strawberries
  • 2 teaspoonfuls gelatine



Dissolve gelatine in small amount of water. Whip cream stiff, combine gently with gelatine. Stir and add rinsed and drained strawberries, cut in quarters. Stir gently and leave in fridge to cool down.



This meal was prepared by the RADIO 90 company from Rybnik during the 3rd “Silesian Tastes Festival 2008” in Racibórz. The Team won 2nd place in amateur category.
