Ingredients:

  • 20 dag fruit (pears, plums, strawberries, peaches)
  • 30 dag single cream (18%)
  • 25 g plain wheat flour
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • salt

 

Directions:

Cook fruit on low heat, pour in cream mixed with flour, add cinnamon, sugar and salt. Serve hot or cold with new potatoes or batter dumplings.

Popular christmas dish prepared with the dried friuts.
