Grilled oscypek in bacon

Ingredients:

  • 20 dag oscypek (smoked ewe’s milk cheese made in the Tatra Mountains)
  • smoked bacon

 

Directions:

Grilled oscypek in bacon: fold thin bacon rashers round oscypek and grill for about 10 minutes.
