Boil the butter milk and prepare roux with flour and water. Pour the roux into the boiling buttermilk, stirring vigorously. After boiling, add cream mixed with yolk. Season it with salt. Season the soup with bacon, melted with onion. Boil the potatoes separately and add them to the soup.
This meal was prepared by the “Wrzos” Folk Group from Ryczów-Kolonia during the 1st "Silesian Tastes Festival 2006" in Ogrodzieniec. The Team won 3rd place in amateur category.
