'Pszczyńska botwinka' - Pszczyna region baby beet soup

Ingredients:

  • 0,5 kg pork bones
  • soup vegetables
  • 2 bunches baby beet greens
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons plain wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • lovage

 

Directions:

Make stock of pork bones and soup vegetables, add chopped beet leaves. Thicken soup with mixture of cream and flour. Serve with a hardboiled egg and a pinch of chopped lovage.
