Barley soup with smoked meat

Ingredients:

  • 1,2 kg smoked spareribs
  • 1 carrot
  • 0,5 small celeriac
  • 1 small parsley root
  • 4 tablespoons pearl barley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • bay leaves
  • allspice

 

Directions:

Prepare spareribs stock. Add finely chopped vegetables. Cook together for 20 minutes. Add pearl barley slowly. Cook on low heat for15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and garnish with parsley.
