Apple strudel served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream

Apple strudel is a dessert that originated in Austrian cuisine, which had a huge impact on the culinary of Silesian Cieszyn. The traditional strudel is perfectly complemented by contemporary additions - ice cream and whipped cream. All this means that this specialty is not indifferent.

It is served at Restaurant Liburnia (Hotel Liburnia), which is listed on the Silesian Tastes Culinary Trail.
