Beer soup with farmer's cheese


  • 1 l light beer
  • 6 yolks
  • 200-300 g sugar
  • 200 g farmer's cheese  (ser twarogowy)
  • 100 g white bread
  • butter
  • cloves
  • cinnamon



Boil the beer with spices. Blend the yolks with sugar until fluffy, pour 1/8 hot beer into the mixture and keep stirring while adding the remaining beer. Serve with the butter-toasted croutons and diced cottage cheese.



This meal was prepared by the 'Karczma pod Lotniskiem' from Bielsko-Biała during the II Silesian Tastes Festiwal in Cieszyn. The Team won 2nd place in professional category.
