Add eggs and wheat flour to kefir, and mix until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Leave the mixture for about 10 min and fry. Serve with apple mousse.
Cut apples into quarters and stew in a pot with a little water. Add a teaspoon of butter and fry until water evaporates.
This meal was prepared by the Restaurant "U Przewoźnika" from Tychy during the 4th “Silesian Tastes Festival 2009” in Pszczyna. The Team won 2nd place in professional category.
