Cook meat for 45 minutes, remove it and cover so that it does not cool down. You can use the stock as soup base. Rinse cabbage in cold water. Shred finely. Cook in small amount of water. Grate apples. Fry bacon and onion. Combine everything with cooked cabbage. Thicken with mixture of flour and water and bring to boil. Season to taste.
