Smoked carp


Ingredients:

Carp:

  • 2 carps, 2 kg each
  • lettuce
  • 1 lemon

Marinades:

  • 2 l water
  • 0,5 glass salt
  • 1 level tablespoon black pepper
  • allspice
  • bay leaves
  • garlic
  • smoking fruit tree wood

 

Directions:

Wash and clean carp. Marinate it for 24 hours. Smoke with fruit tree wood. When cool, cut in rings and garnish with lettuce and lemon.
