Caraway soup with small


Ingredients:

  • 2 l stock
  • 2 tablespoons
  • caraway
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Dumplings:

  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt

 

Directions:

Brown caraway in butter, add it to stock, bring to boiling and strain. Prepare small dumplings of flour, egg and salt, and add them to the soup.
