Pszczyna's white soup



  • 1 l of milk
  • 10 dkg of smoked bacon
  • 10 dkg of smoked home made ham
  • 5 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 2 spoons of butter
  • 50 g of flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Sposób przygotowania:

Slice bacon and ham, fry it in oil, pour with milk and boil for about 10 minut. Prepare the roux from butter and flour, then use it to thicken the soup. Season with fresh garlic, salt and pepper.
