Billberry pie


 

Ingredients:

  • 0,5 kg of flour
  • 6 dkg of sugar
  • 0,5 a butter bar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 dkg of leaven
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 litr of billberries

 

Crumble:

  • 30 dkg of flour
  • 25 dkg of butter
  • 20 dkg of castor

 

 

Directions:

Join the ingredients and bake in temp. 180˚C for about an hour. Sprinkle the ready pie with home made butter crumble.

 

 

This meal was prepared by the Education and Recreation Centre "Zagroń" from Istebna during the 5th “Silesian Tastes Festival 2010” in Złoty Potok. The Team won 3rd place in professional category.
