Fish/ carp snacks


Carp snacks:

  • 600 g carp fillet
  • 0,25 l mayonnaise
  • 300 g vegetable salad


  • 1,5 l water
  • 200 g vegetables for soup stock
  • bay leaf
  • allspice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • brown bread (pumpernickel)



Boil the fish in the vegetable stock, when ready remove from the stock and mix with 1 tbs mayonnaise (the mixture should be thick). Put a layer of the fish mixture on the bread, add a layer of vegetable salad and top with mayonnaise.



This meal was prepared by the restaurant “Karczma pod Lotniskiem” from Bielsko-Biała during the 2nd “Silesian Tastes Festival 2007” in Cieszyn. The Team won 2nd place in professional category.
