Carp roll with potato salad


  • 4 carp fillets
  • 5 eggs
  • parsley leaves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mixed vegetables (1 carrot, 1 parsley, 1 celery)
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • green peas
  • mayonnaise
  • lettuce
  • parsley
  • lard



Put two fish fillets through the mincer, add one egg, salt, pepper, two hard-boiled eggs cut into cubes and chopped parsley. Mix everything carefully. Tenderise the rest of the fillets, spread with stuffing and wrap up in foil. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour at 160°C.

Potato salad:

Boil mixed vegetables, potatoes and eggs, and cut them into cubes. Add green peas, diced pickled cucumbers, mayonnaise and mix everything. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve nicely decorated.
