Prepare caramel (sugar and water) on a frying pan. Add stemmed gooseberry and fry for about 1 min. Baste with honey liqueur. Decorate and serve hot.
This meal was prepared by the team of Two Killers (Qubus Hotel Katowice) during the 4th “Silesian Tastes Festival 2009” in Pszczyna. The Team won 1st place in professional category.
