Maszkietne naleśniki (Sweet crepes)


Ingredients:

Batter:

  • 1 glass plain wheat flour
  • 300 ml heated milk
  • 1 dag yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • cooking oil

 Filling:

  • 1 packet Polish custard powder (budyń)
  • 0,5 l milk
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tablespoons raisins

 

 Directions:

Batter:

Prepare batter and leave for one hour. Oil skillet and fry crepes.

Filling:

Prepare custard following instructions attached, sprinkle with icing sugar and leave to cool down. Add cream cheese, raisins, diced bananas and stir gently. Spread mixture on crepes and fold into triangles.
