Rhubarb compote


  • 1 kg rhubarb
  • 2.,5 l water
  • 30 dag sugar
  • Kisiel powder (type of dessert)


Wash and dice rhubarb. Cook until tender in boiling water with sugar. At the end, add kisiel dissolved in 0,5 l water. Serve cold.



This meal was prepared by the RADIO 90 company from Rybnik during the 3rd “Silesian Tastes Festival 2008” in Racibórz. The Team won 2nd place in amateur category.
