Jacked potatoes filled with mushrooms and groats


  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 25 dag buckwheat groats (1 bag)
  • mushrooms – fresh or dried wild mushrooms or button mushrooms (10 dag when dried, 30 dag when button mushrooms)
  • 1 onion
  • oil
  • seasoning
  • greens vegetables



Wash potatoes, cut them in halves and make hollow. Cook buckwheat groats and mushrooms. Chop mushrooms finely and simmer with onion and oil. Combine with groats, season with salt and pepper to make filling. Fill hollowed potatoes with it and place them in roasting tin. Sprinkle with oil and roast in an oven. Place on platter and garnish with greens and vegetables. You can serve it with various kinds of salad.
