Add flour, egg, lemon juice, warm water and melted butter. Leave the kneaded dough for 10 – 15 under cover in a warm place.
Mmix plums with raisins and sprinkle with caster. Roll the dough out to a rectangle form. Put the stuffing at the edge of it and roll all to a form of loaf. Bake in temp. 180˚C.
Boil cream with honey and add cloves. Sauce should reduce
