Stuff the leg with apple and leek. Then bake it in 150 ˚C for about 3 hours. Dice the beets previously boiled, season with honey, garlic, salt, pepper. Serve chilled, 12 hours after having cooked (after honey and spices fragrances soak in).

This meal was prepared by the "Stara Piekarnia" restaurant ("Old Bakery" restaurant) from Pszczyna during the 5th “Silesian Tastes Festival 2010” in Złoty Potok. The Team won 2nd place in professional category.
