Poto cakes with pork scratchings or jowl


  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 15 dag flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • spices: salt, pepper, marjoram, garlic, pepper
  • 20 dag pork (3rd class)



Grate potatoes and onion with a grater. Add eggs, flour and season to taste. Bake in a preheated tin. Cut pork, stir-fry and stew for about 40 minutes, adding garlic and pepper to taste.

Serve the crispy cakes with pork.
