Cook sauerkraut. Fry diced meat and onion, add garlic crushed with salt, flour, tomato paste and season to taste.
Make kopytka dumplings: add egg and flour to pressed potatoes and knead dough. Form 1-inchthick rolls, cut at an angle into bite-size pieces and cook in salted water.
