Princely broth with noodles



  • 30 dkg of beef ribs
  • 10 dkg of turkey livers
  • 1 of goose breast
  • 5 dkg of white onion
  • 5 dkg carrot
  • 5 dkg of leek
  • 2 g of butter
  • 5 dkg of parsley
  • 5 dkg of celerac



  • 20 dkg of wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt


Prepare the stock, boiling meat with vegetables till all’s soft. Season the clarified stock with salt and pepper. Prepare the batter of flour, eggs, water and salt. Make the egg-batter-noodles and serve it with broth. Add diced goose breast.


This meal was prepared by the "Stara Piekarnia" restaurant ("Old Bakery" restaurant)  from  Pszczyna during the 5th “Silesian Tastes Festival 2010” in Złoty Potok. The Team won 2nd place in professional category.
