  • 1,8 kg potatoes
  • 10 dag pork fat
  • 75 dag spareribs
  • sugar
  • allspice
  • bay leaves
  • paprika
  • parsley



Cook cabbage with spareribs and seasoning. Chop and simmer pork fat. Cook diced potatoes. Combine pork fat and potatoes with cabbage and spareribs. Add sugar, salt, pepper and paprika. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
