Biscuits of pork scratchings

Ingredients:

  • 15 dag pork scratchings
  • 30 dag wheat flour
  • 12 dag icing sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 packet baking powder
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/8 l sour milk or yoghurt

 

Directions:

Mix eggs with sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Put the pastry in the fridge for 1 hour. Form biscuits with the use of a mincer with a special cutter. You can also roll out the pastry and cut out biscuits with cutters. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
