Ingredients:
Potato pancakes:
pork chops:
fried young cabbage:
sauce:
Directions:
Grate raw potatoes, add flour, egg, thick cream, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients and leave to rest. Cook shredded cabbage until tender (with seasoning and onion). Cut pork loin in chops about 1.5 cm thick, beat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Prepare coating ingredients on separate plates: eggs beaten with fork, flour and breadcrumbs.
Fry chopped bacon and onion with flour. Combine it with cabbage that is being cooked. Add greens and mix. Prepare sauce: fry some diced pork, and add half-slices of onion when it is browned. Add half a glass of water and seasoning. Stew under cover until tender. Add mixture of flour and water or rye bread crumbs. Fry potato pancakes and pork chops. Make “hamburger” of 2 potato pancakes and pork chop inside, topped with cabbage and sauce. You can serve it with various vegetables (e.g. beets, cucumbers, tomatoes).
