Cream sour soup with dill


  • 3 l bone stock
  • 0,5 l sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 heaping tablespoons
  • plain wheat flour
  • seasoning: salt, maggi sauce, pepper, 1 bunch dill



Boil bone stock, add cream mixed with eggs and flour. Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped dill.



This meal was prepared by the RADIO 90 comany from Rybnik during the 3rd “Silesian Tastes Festival 2008” in Racibórz. The Team won 2nd place in amateur category.
