Rabbit in rosemary


Very tasty and delicate rabbit meet in a delicious sauce made of vegetbles, wine and rosemary. Served with Silesian dumplings and carrot with green pea.

It is served ath the Pod Prosiakiem Restaurant, which is listed on the Silesian Tastes Culinary Route.
