Peel, dice and boil the potatoes. Grate the vegetables and add them to the boiling potatoes. Add the chopped greens, a pinch of salt and the stock cube and cook for about 20-30 minutes. Chop the pork fat, melt it and add to the soup, stir thoroughly. Leave the cooked soup covered for about 10-15 minutes and then pour into bowls.
