    The Jerzy Ziętek Silesian Park in Chorzów, until recently known as the Regional Park of Culture and Recreation, is called "green lungs" of the industrial agglomeration. It covers more than 600 acres. Everyone will find here something for themselves, from relaxing walks to mass events. There are many attractions in the park , such as the Planetarium (the largest and oldest in Poland), the Upper Silesian Ethnographic Park, the Silesian Stadium, the Silesian Amusement Park (the largest in Poland), and the Rose Garden.

It is one of the first rope parks in the Jura. There are two routes of varying difficulty, and an amazing 140-meter downhill slide called "Tyrolka". An additional attraction is the location of the Park near the picturesque ruins of Ogrodzieniec castle.

    Enthusiasts of outdoor activities and thrilling adventures have been recently benefitting from the attractions of the Orla Perć Rope Park in Brenna. This is the highest located rope park in the Beskids. Additionally, obstacles themselves are suspended on 18-meter poles! Children, young people and adults can test their strength, stamina and coordination on one of the four routes of varying difficulty. Each passing takes place under maximum security - certified equipment and qualified instructors.

    The Geopark Glinka in the commune of Ujsoły is another place for fans of extreme sensations. The former quarry offers amazing attractions. There is one of the longest in Poland, 220-meter-long, Tyrolean downhill over a 30-meter-deep precipice. There are climbing walls, multi-purpose and beautiful views from walking paths, which run on top of the quarry. And that's not the end of the attractions. Work is underway on the expansion of the park.
