Donnersmarck stew

Wild meat/ topinambour / kale / bolete. Gourmet meal derived from the time of the family Donnersmarck, who often hunted in the Pszczyna forests and wild meat often hosted on their tables.

It is served at Szyb Maciej Restaurant, which belongs to the Silesian Tastes Culinary Trail.
