Jewish caviar

 It is a starter made of goose liver, eggs, butter, onion and chives. Ingredients are chopped and combined. All served with bread as a spread. Jewish caviar became famous thanks to Jewish miniority that lived in Częstochowa.

It is served at the Czenstochovia brewery restaurant that is listed on the Silesian Tastes Culinary Trail.
